Can I really sleep in them?
Yes. The soft foam centre is designed specifically for comfortable overnight wear.
Should my hair be wet or dry?
For best results, use on dry or almost-dry hair. They work particularly well after blow-drying, while the hair is being allowed to cool and set.
How long should I leave them in?
Leave them in for at least one hour, or overnight for maximum bounce and volume.
Will the Velcro tangle my hair?
When removing the rollers, gently roll them out in the same direction the hair was wrapped. Avoid pulling them straight out of the hair.
Which size should I choose?
36mm — Curls & Bounce: ideal for a more defined curl with body and lift.
48mm — Big Volume & Loose Curls: ideal for larger, softer curls and a voluminous blowout look.

Sleep-In Rollers
Perfect to sleep in. I use them for the top of my head so I get huge volume when I wake up and it doesn't affect my sleep. They have velcro and they stay in your hair without using pins. Love it!!
