    Shipping policy

    Shipping times are dependent on your location. We have warehouses located globally, so shipping times vary.

    UK orders can vary from 3-20 days, however we will always do our best to have your item delivered as soon as possible.

    International shipping can take up to 3-30 days. And again, we will always do our best to make sure you get your order, as soon as possible.

    These times are approximate, and we will endeavour to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

    We ship Internationally, however we do not currently ship to India.

    In the case of National and International Holidays that take place throughout the year, globally, there may be a delay in you getting your Tracking number, as Shipping offices are closed during these periods. This is not in our control, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do your best to inform you of a delay, but rest assured we are doing all we can to ensure you recieve your order as quickly as possible.

    Most of our products are shipped instantly from our suppliers the moment you confirm your payment. Therefore, transit time will take longer days than expected (in some cases).  Be assured that we will coordinate closely with the courier and the supplier to get accurate tracking numbers updates in 1- 4 business days.

    IMPORTANT: We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at info@slayedbeauty.com as soon as possible.

    Slayed Beauty is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

    * Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy:  We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone).  In the event that a customer enters the wrong shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. Slayed Beauty cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout.  Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order.  We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound to your front door.

    Once confirmation of delivery has been made, via the courier, it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure they collect their package from the postal office, or post box. Slayed Beauty cannot be held accountable for packages once confirmation of delivery has been made. Once 'Delivered' shows in the tracking system, it is the responsibilty of the customer to ensure they retrieve their package. Slayed Beauty cannot claim against packages once tracking confirms package(s) as 'Delivered'.

    Slayed Beauty will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

    If the order arrives at your country and...

    • The customer refuses to accept the package.
    • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

    Slayed Beauty reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

    • Once you place your order you receive a confirmation email.
    • Once your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.

    Tracking my order?

    When you're dealing with worldwide international shipping tracking numbers aren't available for about 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. To view your tracking number simply click your order link within the shipping confirmation email you received. If not there please email support at info@slayedbeauty.com and we will send you your number.

    Why is my order stuck in transit?

    Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 4 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out so I thank you ahead of time for your patience.  

    Where's my package?

    If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to info@slayedbeauty.com with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).

    Next, just click on your tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is in transit. Just keep in mind that tracking information isn't available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.

    You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
