Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return. To request a return for refund, please email us at info@slayedbeauty.com
No returns or refunds will be accepted after this time.
The amount payable for return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Some of our warehouses are overseas, so please keep in mind the cost of shipping your return/refunded product internationally.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging and condition. If the product has been mis-used or is found to have been tampered with, no refund will be given. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please keep the PROOF of the return, until we confirm we have recieved the item.
For all refund requests and inquiries, please direct your correspondence to info@slayedbeauty.com. We kindly stress the importance of adhering to our return protocol, which entails notifying us of your intention to return the item and receiving the return address from us. It is vital that you have received the correct return address from our team for the refund process to proceed.
Please be aware that if the item is not received by us in accordance with the provided instructions, we will regrettably be unable to process the return, and a refund will not be issued. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty/hair removal products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Cancellation
You have up to 14 days to cancel an order. We cannot accept cancellations beyond 14 days.
This does not apply if the order has been shipped and/or is in transit.
Time-Limit for Unsatisfactory/Faulty Goods
If you find your product to be unsatisfactory/faulty, you have 30 days from receiving your product to contact us and let us know of any fault. After 30 days, you will be directed to the After-Sales team of the manufacturer, where a replacement or repair can be issued. Refunds cannot be given after 30 days.
Once deemed to be faulty; if purchased within 12 months but after 30 days, a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is provided, then the warranty on your device is still dated as per the date of your original purchase.
