How to use the Slayed Beauty® Heatless Curl Band

1. Prep your hair. Detangle thoroughly. Start with dry hair that is very lightly misted, or hair that is only slightly damp — never soaking wet.
2. Position the band. Place the centre of the curling band across the top of your head like a headband.
3. Secure it. Use the grip clip to hold the band in place while you begin wrapping.
4. Start at the front. Take a small section of hair near your face and wrap it away from the face around the band.
5. Add more hair as you go. Pick up another section and combine it with the previous section before wrapping again.
6. Continue down the length. Keep wrapping until all the hair on that side is secured around the band.
7. Secure the ends. Use the matching scrunchie supplied with your set to keep the wrapped hair in place.
8. Repeat on the other side. Wrap in the same way, directing the hair away from the face for a flattering finish.
9. Let it set. Leave the hair wrapped until it is completely dry and the shape has had time to form. Many people prefer to wear it overnight.
10. Unwrap gently. Remove the scrunchies and clip, then slowly unwind the hair rather than pulling the band out.
